We had to pay additional money for Sauna and Steam bath.

we stayed in the junior suite and had to pay for steam room, sauna, etc. the staff (besides the reception) spoke little english, dinner was average

The hotel staff is very friendly. Nice and spacious rooms. Parking space available for free. And a free shuttle bus to ski lifts as well.
The shuttle bus to ski lifts could be more often. No hair dryer. There was a strange, unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The general feel of the hotel was relaxing, the bar area, the swimming pool.
The fact that you were charged to use the steam room and also the sauna. The fact that were you charged for the key to use the safe. The hotel transport into Borovets could have been more regular.

Actually we (me and my wife) stayed only one night at the hotel and that is because we went to Borovets to spend a few days skiing, but there was no snow around!!!! nevertheless I can say that is a nice hotel, good for business meetings, with a friendly staff and several benefits for relaxation.
Generally speaking it is an OK hotel, friendly, clean, quiet. Comparing it though to other 4star hotels within EU it offers middle quality services. Maybe not the best choice for someone who wants easy and fast access to the slopes as it is located 1,5 Km away from the telecabine. A little bit expensive I think

Booking 3 months in advance the price was perfect for the suites, and the rooms were perfect in every aspect. Excellent pool and spa facilities.
It's a bit far from the ski slopes.

We had a suite and was wonderfull. The hotel is new very clean modern and quite. It is inside the forest. Spa services was very good also. If you like romance this is the best hotel in Borovets.
Minnor thinks. Hard to find at the first time. No fresh juices and bad milk in breakfast. Personel does not speak so good english.

The room and the bathroom were large and clean. The hotel was next to most shops and restaurants in the area and also next to a slope for skiing. There was also a nice pool.
There breakfast could use some improvement. Also, the wi-fi did not work for me most of the days (I assume because there were many guests at the time, since it worked on the last day when we were almost alone).
